Registration

You are eligible to apply for MiniModes 2025 if:

• You’re a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD student
• You’re ready to present a poster showcasing a topic in optics, photonics or related field.
• Your own research will be preferred. However, if you’re a bachelor’s student and don’t have your own research yet, you may present:
  • a review of some field,
  • a lab project report,
  • a research idea that is in progress.

• There is no conference fee
• All expenses (including transport, food, and accommodation) are covered by organizers
• Transport from Warsaw to the venue and back will be organized for all participants
